Community Read Opportunity
Our Fall Book Fair partner, Little Shop of Stories from Decatur, Georgia, is currently promoting a community-wide reading program called On The Same Page along with other sponsors from Decatur. Members of our community are invited to participate. Find out more about this exciting program by clicking on the image above.
The book for this year's On The Same Page program is The One and Only Ivan, by Katherine Applegate, winner of the 2013 Newbery Award for children's literature. It will be available for purchase at this year's Fall Book Fair from November 7 - 11 in the Library.
A full schedule of events has been in effect since the start of school and will continue through November 11. There will be a related event in February, a stage production of The One and Only Ivan by Synchronicity Theatre.
